Kabul Kitchen is more than just a catering service—it’s a story of resilience, hope, and home. Founded by Faiz Malik, a refugee from Afghanistan, the business began with a simple dream: to build a new life in Canada for his wife and four young daughters. With little more than a love for cooking and a suitcase of family recipes passed down through generations, Faiz and his family turned their kitchen into a place of comfort and connection. Each dish is crafted with care, using the most basic ingredients to create the rich, soulful flavors of Afghan cuisine. Today, Kabul Kitchen is proudly family-run, serving meals that tell a story of where we come from, of what we’ve overcome, and of the warmth that food can bring to a new beginning.
